The Homicide Inc. was organized by Ruben Santos aka Bigman in 1969 in Coney Island Bigman served as the Supreme Prez, of all Homicide Inc. and our affiliates Crazy Homicides, Homicide Laws, Young Homicides and Homicide Outlaws. During the summer months the club had over 200 members in and the island on a daily basis. Rank structure was as follows, each division had a prez/ vice prez & war counselor Crazy Homicides Football, Homicide Laws Cowboy, Young Homicides Baby Outlaw and Homicide Outlaws George Outlaw. The supreme vice was Preacher4, other notables were Deadeye, Lil Outlaw, Bulldog, Tex, Rican, Crazy Eddie, Jap- CI, Hustle, Blackie, Indio, Superman, Rum Rum, E-Ka, Ralphie i.g. The Homicides hooked up with the Flying Dragons in 74, and took banging to a level unknown to most street clicks, they were already into extortion by having a Homicide work on every ride or side show in CI. Preacher 4 I know had the marijuana hookup I’m not sure but I would guess he had about 10 dudes slinging in the island for him and I remember walking to on Surf Ave with Outlaw and having pimps walkup to him and hand him a fist full of dollars, I asked what that was about and Outlaw said Coney Island belongs to the family any motherfucker out here making buck is giving the family its due! As I recall the Homicides had clicks within the club like the Outlaws they were in to flying colors and hanging out a true definition the classic gangbanger while Preacher 4 crew dressed normally and were cold hustlers making money from extortion, stickups and gambling with card rooms and cilo games playing or robbing it didn’t seem to matter to those dudes. But, don’t get it twisted they were a tight club and if one had static they all were down for the whatever, The Homicides lived up to their name on many occasions. The club was predominately Puerto Rican, but they had a number of Black brothers as well like Preacher 4, Spoon, Wildcat and Godfather. Many other clubs members always seem to be hanging out with them i.g. Fatman Crazy Bishops, Demon Devils Rebels, Red Savage Nomads EZ & Choco Dirty Ones and Savage Skulls, Ghetto Brothers, Dynamite Brothers, Brooklyn Brothers Servern, Mario, Caco, Freddy. I remember this about the Homicides they always had guns around (handguns) no big deal today but it was in the 70s and all those fuckers would blast in a sections they were real gangsters none of that lets talk shit. I believe most of them are dead now I remember Outlaw broke out of Rikers and Bigman took one to the head and I hear the drug game took many more. I remember how they would role up in stolen moving trucks and surprise crews with baseball bats and bullets sic shit real dog I know there is a very thin line between being crazy and being down those guys from CI lived on that line with gusto in retrospect I think many of them had too much heart. - SEVERN
